Irene worked for many years as a Principal Trainer in both Management Development and Equal Opportunities for Humberside County Council. She was also Head of Learning and Development in a large multi site NHS Hospital Trust.
Her career as a Mediator started over 10 years ago. She has provided Mediation services for Universities, the NHS Acute sector, Primary Care Trusts and G.P. practices as well as the voluntary sector. She delivers Mediation Skills training for managers, Bullying and Harassment Awareness workshops and also individual coaching for those involved in or affected by workplace conflict.
Irene’s down to earth, practical approach to helping people resolve their relationship problems has proved highly successful.
Lynne has twenty years experience as a Learning & Development professional.
After initially working in Staff Management with a major retailer she has spent the majority of her career in the NHS and university sectors.
She is a trained mediator and combines her mediation practice with providing high quality personal, team and organisational development interventions. She is a qualified user of the Myers Briggs Type Inventory®, the Aston Team Performance Inventory and the NHS Leadership Qualities Framework.
Lynne works successfully with a wide variety of staff and organisations and has experience of 1:1 and other work with Chief Executives, Directors and a full range of clinical and non clinical staff.
